We started Up In My Grill in late 2013 inspired by British produce, Argentine flavours and cooking methods, and a lust for fire. We met at school in 2006 and our underlying love of all things steak brought us together to start a business that aimed to serve the best and most affordable steaks in London.
We trade all across London at various street food markets, residencies, pop-ups, festivals and events. We currently trade with Street Feast at Dinerama in Shoreditch and Lewisham Model Market having previous traded at Dalston Yard and Hawker House.
Our ethos is to use the highest quality produce, cooked with simplicity and passion. We serve grass-fed British beef grilled over charcoal and English wood – utilising fire as a deep and complex ingredient – not just a fuel.
